Hi, my name is Shyann! I am the head baker and owner of Wholesome Grain Bakery. At Wholesome Grain Bakery we pride ourselves on small batch sourdough artisan bread and sourdough baked goods made with high quality ingredients. With a rotating monthly menu you are sure to find exactly what you are looking for.
All products are made with organic flour and high quality ingredients. Everything from the sourdough breads to scones and cookies have organic sourdough starter to help break down the gluten and make it more digestible and delicious!

Any type of bread is naturally leavened, no commercial yeast at all!

All products are made in small batches with a limited amount available each week.
