My Story

I've been baking as long as I can remember. Some of my earliest baking memories came from inspiration from the show Cake Boss. I remember dreaming of being a cake baker some day. I found myself in the kitchen often baking cakes and one really bad flop later, I put that dream on the backburner. In the meantime I would occasionally bake pies and even placed top 3 in a pie contest twice!

Fast foward a few years to a time when I wanted to minimize ingredients in my diet but also loved the sourdough bread from a favorite local restaurant. I wanted to duplicate it at home but had no idea how much work it would take to get to that final delicious loaf of bread. Lots of trial and error later I got it down and eventually fell in love with the process. So much that I couldn't eat as much as I wanted to bake and made a facebook post on a whim selling my sourdough. I got a lot of orders and it just took off from there.
