Organic Dehydrated Sourdough Starter

Our organic dehydrated sourdough starter, Esther. This dehydrated sourdough is the same starter we use in all of our products.
 
Esther was made over 2 years ago and has always been fed high quality organic flour from the very begining. Esther is dehydrated at the peak after feeding a 1:1 ratio to keep as much bacteria active as possible.
 
The basic sourdough starter package comes with our organic dehydrated sourdough starter and a simple card with rehydrating instructions.
